We will work directly with your attorney to provide them with the appropriate documentation for your closing.
• High Value Homes - We specialize in insuring high value custom homes. The insurance carriers with whom we work have specially trained appraisers who will come to your home and verify replacement cost and will consult with you on security issues and other recommendations. An original copy of the appraisal is sent to you.
• Renters - If you rent, we will help you determine the amount of insurance for your specific needs and provide you with proof of insurance as required by most landlords.
• Jewelry, Valuable Antiques, Art, Silverware, Furs and other valuable items - Most homeowners policies have limits in what they will pay for certain categories of valuable items. We can provide you with a creative solution to protect your most valuable items.
• Auto - We maintain multiple markets for personal automobile insurance including high value and antique/classic cars.
• Excess Liability - Also known as Umbrella Liability, this type of policy provides additional liability over and above the limit of liability on your homeowners, automobile and any other personal liability exposures you may have.
